The headquarters car, the hostel car and the train escort car of the track machine station (PMS) are designed to improve the living conditions of the PMS work crews when leaving for the work site and can be operated in various climatic conditions at an ambient temperature of minus 40⁰с to plus 40⁰С on 1520 mm gauge mainline railways at speeds up to 120 km/h.

The headquarters car, the hostel car and the PMS escort car are equipped on the basis of passenger cars built by KVZ (TVSZ) and the GDR since 1979.

The changes in the interior interior proposed by the enterprise and the features of design and design solutions, taking into account the use of modern materials, new components, equipment and compliance with fire safety requirements, allow creating additional conveniences and improving working conditions for work teams during duty, work and business trips.

New things are being installed on the cars: partitions, internal doors, shelves, sofas with compartment-type backs, ceilings, wall cladding, heating pipe fencing, heating pipes, a hand pump and heating system valves.

Cars with dismantled power supply systems were equipped with new power systems manufactured by ZAO Gomelsky VZZ (similar to the EV 10.02.31 system), approved by the Design Bureau of the Central Line of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation for use on cars converted for suburban traffic, on mail, baggage and other cars. The power system includes a G 1900 electrical panel, a GSV-8E/01 generator (it is possible to modify the 2GV.003 generator), a 40VNZh-300 storage battery (a 40KL-250P battery can be installed at the request of the customer). For power supply to household consumers (refrigerators, video equipment, microwave ovens, etc.), the cars are equipped with PSZh-1 converters. To be able to charge batteries from an external network, as well as to supply 50 V car consumers from an external network, the cars are equipped with V-OPE 70-70 rectifier-charging devices.

Combined car lighting with luminaires with incandescent lamps for 50 V and 220 V and fluorescent lamps with individual electronic ballasts for operation from 50 V or 220 V (at the request of the customer).

In the PMS escort car there is: a vestibule (a gas cylinder is installed in the end wall with a gas pipeline inside the car to the place where the gas stove is installed in the kitchen), 2-bed residential compartments for recreation, a bathroom, a locker room, a shower room, a corridor, a boiler room , salon-kitchen, equipment room (electrical room), utility room.

The kitchen of the escort car is equipped with kitchen furniture, a table, a 2-burner gas stove, and a refrigerator.

Above the ceiling, along the aisle opposite the shower room, a 160-liter hot water tank (boiler) is installed with hot water supply to consumers (bathroom, kitchen, shower room).

In the PMS dormitory car there is: a vestibule, six 2-seater and two 4-seater residential compartments for recreation, a bathroom, a locker room, a corridor, a boiler room, a conductor compartment, an equipment room (electrical room), a utility room.< /p>

The dormitory car has a drying room for drying overalls after work in rainy weather or in winter.

A hot water tank (boiler) of 160 liters is installed above the ceiling of the kitchen with hot water supply to consumers (bathroom, kitchen).

The exterior painting of the cars is made using advanced technologies, modern putties, primers and high quality enamels and provides an attractive appearance and extends the life of the car coating.

The re-equipment of the carriages was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the fire safety standards "passenger carriages for international traffic between the CIS member states, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia dated 29.11.99".

At the request of the customer, PMS cars can be equipped with additional equipment. It is possible to equip combined boilers for heating cars with an electric heating system from an external network of 380 V, as well as equip cars with household air conditioners (split systems).

CJSC "Gomelsky VSZ" has mastered the repair of compartment cars and dining cars built in the GDR before 1983 with re-equipmentby converting them into canteen cars of PMS stations (PMS) with an improved design.

Changing the internal layout, equipping it with modern household appliances, using environmentally friendly and practical materials for design allows us to meet the increased requirements of work teams for comfort along the way, creates additional conveniences and improves working conditions for staff.

The PMS dining car is designed for operation in various climatic conditions at ambient temperatures from minus 40⁰С to plus 40⁰s on 1520 mm gauge mainline railways with speed up to 140 km/h.

In the PMS dining car, new wooden windows with hinged vents have been installed, which increase and improve the thermal regime in the car. The cladding of walls and partitions is made of slow-burning material with increased water resistance and meeting fire safety requirements.

In the dining car, converted from a compartment car, there is: a toilet on the boiler side of the car, an electrical panel room, a compartment for conductors, a kitchen, a dining room for 46 seats, a washroom instead of a toilet on the non-boiler side of the car.

Two converters are installed on the car for connecting a 220 V / 50 Hz network with a power of 3 kW each.

Fluorescent lighting is made using modern electronic ballasts (electronic ballasts).

To ensure the fire safety of passengers, the car is equipped with: two emergency exit windows, self-actuating powder fire extinguishers installed in the new car power supply control panel manufactured by CJSC Gomelsky VZZ, and all the functions necessary for fire extinguishing according to the modernization plan.

Mobile equipment point for locomotives.

The deployment of a mobile equipment point at remote stations allows minimizing the costs of transferring shunting locomotives to locomotive depots for equipment and back. In addition, this mobile point allows you to organize the replenishment of locomotives with consumables in emergency situations.

The mobile equipment point consists of three wagons - sand-drying, sand-distributing and distributing.

The sand-drying car is equipped with special equipment for receiving raw sand, drying it and automatically feeding it into the sand-dispensing car. The sand-dispensing car is equipped with special equipment that allows the supply of dry sand to locomotives of all possible modifications.

The transfer car is designed for equipping diesel locomotives with diesel fuel, diesel oil, lubricants and oils, preparing and equipping with cooling water, as well as preparing and equipping diesel locomotive batteries with distilled water. The car is equipped with all kinds of pumps, filling hoses, distilled water preparation plant (water distiller).

For work at night, the cars are equipped with LED lighting. Also, the cars are equipped with windows made of aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows. The car roofs are equipped with hatches for loading consumables and carrying out inspection and repair of equipment. The operation of all electrical equipment installed on three cars is provided by an autonomous diesel generator. For the convenience and mobility of the attendants, the cars are equipped with end doors and transitional platforms, for the transition between them without going outside.
