Steel casting

JSC "Gomelsky VSZ" produces castings of steel products for investment models.

The method of investment casting due to a number of advantages in comparison with other methods of manufacturing parts or their blanks ensures the production of castings of the most complex configuration, hollow castings without the use of rods. The absence of the shape of the connector provides increased dimensional accuracy and high surface purity.
The capabilities of this method make it possible to maximize the workpiece to the finished part, and in some cases to obtain a cast piece that does not require any additional processing before assembly. As a consequence, labor intensity and cost of manufacturing products are sharply reduced (mainly due to reduction of machining), metal and tool consumption is reduced.
